Important dates
The application period for the request to participate in the procurement of 77142 TBM Tunnels and Southern Stations is ongoing, and the final day to submit a request is September 23, 2026.
The request to participate is to be submitted through the procurement platform e-Avrop, which is used for all communication during the application period. Any questions regarding the invitation to request participation should also be submitted through e-Avrop, where answers will be provided.
The last day to ask questions is September 16, 2026. Please submit questions well ahead of the last date to submit a request to participate. It is better to ask questions than for the candidate to make own assumptions.

Ahead of submission
The Administration encourages candidates to thoroughly revise the application prior to submission, in order to ensure that the application is correct, consistent, up-to-date and in accordance with the formalities.
Please consider the following when submitting your application:
- Verify that all prerequisites for participation in the procurement are, or can be, fulfilled.
- All requested information and documents are submitted (including any annexes, certificates and signatures). Note that any missing information can not be added after that last application date.
- Only requested information and documents are submitted.
- All documents shall be submitted using the specified languages, file formats, and correct signatures.
